Victims in Manchester Blast Identified: ISIS Claims Responsibility

Details are starting to emerge Tuesday about the victims killed in the terrorist attack at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, U.K. ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack saying that the bomber was a 'soldier of the caliphate'.

At least 22 people were killed Monday night, including an 8-year-old girl, in the explosion at the end of Grande's concert, which was part of her Dangerous Woman Tour. Twelve "seriously injured children" were among the 59 people rushed to nearby hospitals, North West Ambulance Service said.
Georgina Callander who was 18,  Saffie-Rose Roussos who was 8, and John Atkinson who was 26 were among the first victims whose names have been released so far.
